Dr Christoph Riechmann is a Director in Frontier’s Energy Practice and heads the Cologne and Berlin offices of Frontier. He has 30 years of consulting experience and has advised leading industry players, industry associations and authorities such as the European Commission and regulators around Europe and in the MENA region.

In the gas sector he has advised on market design, investments and dispute cases regarding gas supply, storage, and pipelines. In relation to LNG projcts he has advised on commercial negotiations/disputes, regulatory exemptions of LNG terminals and routes to greater sustainability. On strategic projects he has also advised on the interaction between LNG and pipeline gas in Europe.
