Sarah is experienced in international construction disputes, namely delay, disruption, variation and defects claims, by way of arbitration, litigation, mediation and dispute adjudication boards. She has litigated on a number of international offshore disputes involving pipelines and testing equipment, in addition to working on a number of international building, rail and power plant disputes. Her non-contentious experience includes drafting and negotiating bespoke EPC Contracts for power plant projects in the UK and Middle East. Sarah usually advises on the FIDIC suite of contracts, LOGIC or bespoke agreements.
Having lived and practiced in Dubai, Sarah has significant experience of commencing and enforcing arbitrations in the Middle East, specifically in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and KSA.
Sarah is qualified in England and Wales and is a solicitor-advocate.
