Graduated in Sugar Agro-Industrial Engineering with MSc Degree in 1990 in Matanzas, Cuba. Later in 2007 graduated with Post-graduate Diploma in Computer Science. Besides, I had short national and international training in; Project Planning, Management and Leadership, Energy Database Management, Energy Saving, and Emission Reduction. Different software’s like, Database Management with SQL, AutoCAD, etc.

I have 25 years giving my professional service, mainly in Agricultural Rural Technology Promotion Center from Expert, Team Leader, to Director Positions. From 2011 up to now in Biofuel Technology Development and Utilizations fields, from Senior Expert, project coordinator and now Director of the Biofuel Development Coordination Directorate at Ministry of Mining and Petroleum.
