Markus Lehr holds a degree in chemical engineering from the Technical University in Graz, Austria. He has previous experience as a process engineer and joined VOGELBUSCH in 2002 as a technologist for downstream processing of bioprocess plants. Markus has worked since as a technologist and project manager for numerous bioprocess plants, in the field of organic acids, starch sweetener and ethanol plants, including second generation facilities in Europe and Asia. Since 2011 Markus Lehr is Deputy Managing Director of VOGELBUSCH Biocommodities GmbH and since 2014 Executive Director to the subsidiary company Vogelbusch Hong Kong Ltd. and is responsible for sales and project management.
