Ján Baráth, Ing., was born in 1976, is married and has two daughters.
As a graduate of Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, Mr. Baráth has finished studies at the Faculty of Chemical Technology, Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology with specialization on alcohol production.
Mr. Baráth has been involved in performance of two ethanol plant projects from feasibility study up to plant start-up and plants operation. During his professional career mainly connected with the company Enviral and Envien Group, Mr Baráth worked on different process and managing positions - from process technologist to process director responsible for bioethanol production. High technical qualifications obtained during his career life have brought Mr. Baráth to actual position of chief strategic development officer of Envien Group.
As a part of his current functions, Mr. Baráth is managing the division of strategic development active in research & development, legislative issues connected with biofuels production of Envien Group, business development and performance of strategic projects. Among them the biggest one is a 2G cellulosic ethanol plant project to be performed in Slovakia in premises of Enviral company which has been already publicly announced.
