Scott serves Franzenburg as Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity, Scott is responsible for evaluating new chemistries and mechanical processes for implementation in grain processing plants, wastewater treatment and the oil and gas industries. Included in these activities is a heavy emphasis on the evaluation and development of new process technology for implementation within the fuel ethanol industry.
Prior to joining Franzenburg, Scott worked for White Energy as Vice President of Technology and for ICM as Technical Director. During Scott’s tenure ICM developed numerous new technologies for the ethanol industry including most recently Selective Milling Technology™, Fiber Separation Technology™ and Generation 1.5™ fiber-to-ethanol.
